San Rafael PorchFest returns to fill the historic Gerstle Park Neighborhood with music! Youth in Arts will be joining the celebration with a hands-on collaborative mural project, our interactive musical playground, and a performance by YIA’s a cappella ensemble, `Til Dawn.
