A HUGE shout-out to Jackson’s Hardware in San Rafael for donating headlamps and umbrellas! Since daylight savings we’ve been using the headlamps every day and it’s created a sense of safety among the younger groups. Luckily, the weather has been cooperating and we haven’t even opened the umbrellas yet, but we’re sure they’ll be needed soon.
Jackson’s was named one of the TOP SMALL WORKPLACES of 2008 by The Wall Street Journal and is a Bay Area Green Business.
